About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Emory Healthcare, providing exceptional care to patients with neuro melanoma and sarcoma.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, dependable, and effective care to patients independently using the nursing process.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
  • At least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.

The estimated salary for this role is $83,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
