Project Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Management Specialist to join our team at Crosscheck Inspection Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing project plans, coordinating with team members, and tracking progress against milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent communication with clients/contractors throughout the lifespan of a project.
- Utilize professionalism when dealing with co-workers, and clients & prepare comprehensive, detailed & professional reports.
- Familiarity with building codes & zoning resolution.
- Handle every aspect of all application filings.
- Fully understand how all agencies work (DOB, DOT, FDNY, DEP, Landmarks, etc.).
- Attend appointments with plan examiners and project advocates.
- Prepare basic CCD-1/ZRD-1
- Manage & provide support for all filings.
- Resolve any & all objections.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Utilizes internal software and tracking reports as required to maintain projects organized and on track for the completion of tasks.
- Ensure that all completed billable tasks are submitted on the day of completion for billing.
- Create long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with Company goals.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Qualifications:
- Accountable for managing assigned multiple project workload.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be proficient in software applications: Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to use professionalism when dealing with co-workers and clients and be able to prepare comprehensive, detailed, and professional emails.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
