Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician Certified at Stop & Shop, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies. You will assist our pharmacists in providing outstanding patient care, maintain confidentiality of customer and company information, and operate our point-of-sale systems. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with prescription filling, including counting and labeling medications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Certified technicians - national certification or equivalent training.
