Gentiva Hospice is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospice sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions at the hospice site
  • Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedule and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes
  • Manage the site in the absence of the Executive Director or Senior Patient Care Manager
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required
  • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
