We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team of veterinary technicians to provide exceptional patient care and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the work of veterinary technicians to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of veterinary technicians
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new veterinary technicians
  • Collaborate with department doctors to develop and implement protocols to improve patient care and client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with VCA policies, guidelines, and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician in a hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
