  • About the Role:

  • The Release Manager at Gainwell Technologies is responsible for ensuring the correct configuration items are assembled to build an application and are released to the appropriate environments in a repeatable manner.

  • This role involves maintaining the release schedule and ensuring the work associated with the flow of the environments is done promptly.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, OneNote, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

  • They will also be responsible for ensuring CI Change Management, reviewing status reports, and identifying and scheduling project deliverables.

  • The Release Manager will serve as a liaison between the applications team and operations team, ensuring operational readiness, version definition, and Lessons learned reviews.

  • What We're Looking For:
    • 5 or more years of experience in Configuration Management, Build and Release Management
