Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician III to join our team at St. Lukes Health–Sugar Land Hospital. As a key member of our surgical department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Possess superior knowledge of surgical equipment and instrumentation in multiple specialties.
  • Develop and deliver continuing education topics to support staff and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Assist in communication with Biomedical Services regarding equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Educate staff on the care and handling of surgical instrumentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality care and cost containment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical First Assistant (CST/CSFA) certification required.
  • Three years of experience in a surgical setting.
  • Able to work in multiple specialty areas.
Pay and Benefits

$40.27 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
