eMDs seeks a skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credentialing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our provider enrollment process.

**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced professional to prepare provider enrollment applications, demographic updates, and track metrics for all eligible provider types. The ideal candidate must be able to ensure that enrollment activities meet federal, state, and department guidelines when processing application submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide support to the Credentialing Account Manager
• Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providers
• Complete provider enrollment credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follow-up as needed
• Build knowledge base for payer requirements and forms
• Assist with filing, scanning, and mailing as needed
• Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage, and any other required credentialing documents for all providers
• Prepare and send provider demographic updates
• Track license and certification expirations for all providers to ensure timely renewals
• Generate and send sign pages/application to client

**Requirements**
• Understanding and knowledge of the credentialing and provider enrollment process
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to research and analyze data
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization
