Job Summary

Actalent is seeking a skilled Survey Manager to join our team in Grandview Heights, OH. As a key member of our Survey and Right of Way team, you will play a pivotal role in managing clients, projects, and leading the central Ohio survey group. Your expertise will drive business growth, and your entrepreneurial spirit will shape the direction of the group.

About the Role

This role involves managing transportation (ODOT) work, as well as other projects such as ROW, site layout, ALTA, topo, and more. You will engage with internal and external clients, prepare scope and fee proposals, and ensure adherence to quality control and assurance procedures. Additionally, you will lead a team of survey professionals and technicians, provide technical expertise, and train staff members to develop their skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have an Ohio Professional Surveyor license and prior experience with transportation survey and/or ODOT projects. A strong focus on business development, ability to oversee staff, and technical guidance are essential qualities for this position.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
