The Registered Nurse RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
The Registered Nurse RN communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary staff
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in discharge planning and coordination
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the District of Columbia Department of Health required
- CPR/BLS Required
- At least one (1) years of nursing experience preferred
