Key Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance on environmental initiatives to ensure adherence to environmental standards and alignment with corporate goals.
- Collaborates with regulatory bodies and operational teams to develop environmental programs and prepare necessary compliance documentation.
- Leads projects aimed at environmental preservation, including water treatment facilities, air quality management systems, and waste-to-energy operations.
- Designs and implements strategies to advance environmental programs and achieve organizational targets.
- Conducts audits for environmental compliance and assists facilities in resolving outstanding action items.
- Delivers training frameworks for environmental practices and assigns training responsibilities.
- Offers technical insights for environmental remediation initiatives and associated legal matters.
- Tracks the progress of environmental enhancement programs.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in environmental engineering.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and a solid understanding of applicable environmental regulations.
