Firearms Assembly Role

Walther Arms INC is looking for a skilled individual to fill the position of Firearms Assembly Technician. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have a foundational understanding of firearms or mechanical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble firearms in accordance with provided instructions
  • Employ various tools and equipment for the assembly process
  • Ensure production efficiency and uphold quality standards
  • Label assembled firearms for proper identification
  • Conduct testing of firearms with different types of ammunition
  • Package firearms according to specified guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to instructions and comply with operational standards
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of firearms or mechanical skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Ability to work both efficiently and collaboratively
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation: Starting pay is $14 per hour
