Key Responsibilities- **Supervise Maintenance Team:** Assist in the supervision of the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Work Order Management:** Assist in managing the work order system, tracking work orders, and ensuring that all repairs are completed within 24 hours.
- **Daily Operations:** Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property, including ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
- **Renewal and Leasing Efforts:** Assist the team with renewal and leasing efforts to achieve financial goals.
- **Apartment Turn Efforts:** Coordinate apartment turn efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- **Apartment Maintenance Experience:** 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on property operations.
- **Supervisory Experience:** 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
- **Certifications:** EPA Universal certification, HVAC certification, and refrigeration certification are required. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
- **Valid Driver's License:** A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
