The primary responsibility of the Safety and Security Specialist is to maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff while adhering to the company's policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding swiftly to requests from guests and hotel management
- Conducting regular inspections and documenting any discrepancies
- Upholding company policies and applicable laws
Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in law enforcement or security management is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish language skills preferred. A valid driver's license, security guard certification, and a clean driving history are mandatory. Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is highly desirable.

- Organized and focused on safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements: This position necessitates standing, walking, and driving for extended periods. Candidates should be physically fit and able to respond effectively to emergencies. The ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. is also required.
