- Accurately document customer interactions through well-written case notes in automated systems and prepare reports as requested.
- Address the unique needs and barriers of customers and create an inclusive environment by making customer referrals to appropriate workshops, assessments, and internal programs.
- Utilize Extreme Customer Service behaviors in all interactions with internal and external customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service orientation. Basic computer literacy is required, including the ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office products. Keyboarding skills are mandatory, and bilingual candidates are preferred. A valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage are also necessary.

">The estimated salary range for this position is $17.21 to $19.25 per hour, based on location and experience.
