**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team at Trinity Consultants Engineering & EHS Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing safety processes, conducting hazard analyses, and overseeing emergency response programs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct process hazard analyses and root cause investigations to identify and mitigate risks
* Manage the Management of Change (MOC) program and Incident Management system
* Oversee the Emergency Response Program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
* Manage Workers Compensation Claims and support the HSE team as needed

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a safety-related field required
* Minimum 7 years of experience working in safety, with 5 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
