Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled Lead Scheduler who excels in orchestrating and managing intricate construction timelines. In this pivotal role, you will be integral to our construction operations, ensuring that all projects are precisely planned and executed. You will engage with a variety of projects, including structural concrete, earthworks, and transportation infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for the construction sector.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Construction Scheduling and Project Controls
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 at a Professional Level
  • Experience with both public and private sector projects
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining baseline schedules for large-scale, self-performing Heavy Civil and Highway construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
