Bartender - Terralina Crafted Italian Restaurant at Disney Springs

pstrongJob Summary:/strong/ppWe are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Terralina Crafted Italian Restaurant. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliAdhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests./liliSet up assigned bars, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce./liliMaintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality./liliGreet guests in a courteous, friendly manner, take and/or process orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes, and practice prudent portion control./liliCheck guests at the bar for proper identification, detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws./liliReceive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed./liliLock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops, secure bank, and perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards./liliArrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area, wash and sterilize stemware, and perform other duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/ppMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service.
