A Place for Mom fosters, cultivates, and preserves a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Healthcare Sales Professional at A Place for Mom, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities. Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry and hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience are also essential. The successful candidate will be able to exceed sales quotas and collaborate with other teams to do so.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be in the field daily, working with your Regional Director to build your account plan each week to deliver on your monthly targets. With a base salary of $100,000 and uncapped on-target earnings of $115,000+, this opportunity offers a competitive compensation package.

Core Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced industry to help families and professional referral sources with seniors urgently needing to be discharged into a community meeting their needs or with a home care agency as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver on your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month
  • Educate families on their care options and how they will work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the right senior living option as they are discharged
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
  • Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
