About the Role

The DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge to ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care.
  • Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of nursing required.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
