Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Novant Health. As a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to pediatric patients, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pediatric care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
