Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care and appropriate medical intervention.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with acceptable policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Recommend equipment and supply needs, and coordinate unit meetings and in-services as necessary.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a healthcare field and supervision of others.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
