- Provide Direct Services: Offer child development services and activities tailored to the needs of children 0-3 and their families.

- Master's Degree in Social Work: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Experience with Infants and Toddlers: Have experience working with infants, toddlers, and families, preferably in an early intervention setting.
- Knowledge of Family Systems and Early Childhood Development: Demonstrate a strong understanding of family systems and early childhood development principles.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
