Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will take on the role of a technical lead, focusing on the design, development, testing, and implementation of innovative software solutions. You will also oversee the creation and maintenance of IT architecture, large-scale data systems, and cloud infrastructures.

Your Contributions
In the Technical Lead - Software Solutions role, you will have the autonomy to shape your workday while collaborating with dedicated colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and development of sophisticated software solutions tailored to meet organizational requirements.
  • Identifying customer needs and establishing a structured approach to develop effective solutions.
  • Implementing cutting-edge software technologies and coordinating comprehensive tasks across the team, while ensuring the upkeep of existing software.
  • Applying architectural principles to integrate enterprise applications, including cloud services.
  • Managing documentation and code revisions to facilitate collaboration and ensure teams are aligned with the latest updates.
  • Conducting product testing, including usability assessments and user acceptance testing.
  • Analyzing data to uncover trends and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

Your Expertise
Essential: A Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, accompanied by a minimum of four years of experience in software development on the AWS platform. This should include at least two years of hands-on experience with various AWS services.
