Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team at DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Coatesville, PA.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability, discount programs, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with 100% match up to 3%, spiff programs, company events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails to provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule customer appointments and confirm them via phone
  • Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed
  • Manage the filing system to ensure accurate and easily retrievable documentation
  • Process invoices and perform AR/AP tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to provide responsive customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office support or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively
  • High integrity and confidentiality
