Job Summary

ChesPenn Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at the Center for Family Health in Coatesville, PA. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every individual who enters our health center or contacts us by phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous assistance to patients and visitors
  • Assist with registration, appointments, and documentation
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and route messages accordingly
  • Schedule patient appointments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Current COVID-19 and flu vaccines required
