Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Coordination: Perform design in BIM coordination and collaborate on critical digital delivery initiatives.
  • Process Development: Perform tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.
  • Integrated Project Delivery: Perform Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
  • Digital Delivery Tasks: Perform digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
  • Clash Detection: Identify clash detection and follow the reporting and resolution process.
  • Project Setup: Responsible for all aspects of project setup, such as model file setup, digital project setup; project access, cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks, etc.
  • Digital Model Presentations: Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients.
  • Virtual Reality Simulations: Execute changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Data: Research and compile required project-related data and perform metadata audits.
  • Digital Delivery Content: Provide digital delivery content for the entire project lifecycle.
  • Project Budget Estimates: Provide project budget estimates for digital delivery scope.
  • Digital Delivery Methods: Define and recommend digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools in collaboration with the project team.
  • Digital Delivery Schedule: Responsible for developing and integrating the digital delivery schedule and project compliance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program and 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams required.
  • Alternative Qualifications: OR Associate Degree and 6 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams required. OR 8 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree required.
