Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, controls, utility, and distribution systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, distribution, and building automation and controls.
  • Troubleshoot problems and make needed repairs to systems and equipment.
  • Work towards obtaining expert status on at least two systems and obtain state license in a related field.
  • Skilled in healthcare/commercial maintenance, building automation, plumbing, electrical, emergency power systems, and computer knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with five plus years of experience.
  • Technical or college education considered in place of years of experience.
  • Universal EPA certifications preferred. State/city license in a related field and healthcare experience preferred.
