Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care providers in the care of hematology and oncology patients.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the local University School of Medicine to advance cancer care and research.
  • Lead the Cancer Committee and Tumor Boards to ensure effective decision-making and patient care.
  • Develop and implement education programs for staff and fellow physicians to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Assist the Division Head and Section Chief with public engagements and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • MD, MD/PhD, DO, MBBS, or MBBCh degree.
  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology.
  • Demonstrated leadership and provider experience.
  • Experience with program policy development and implementation.
  • Provider mentorship experience.
