About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Physical Therapist to work in our dynamic environment. As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and administering physical therapy treatment plans that promote overall fitness and health of patients.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our patients. Your expertise will be essential in providing skilled physical therapy services that alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disabilities.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including up to $2,000 in CEU reimbursement and additional time off. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and administer physical therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disabilities.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the clinic's ability to meet the needs of patients.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and current standards of care.
  • Assess and interpret evaluations and test results of patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or similar field.
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current State of Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligible to receive one.
  • Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
  • Ability to build trust with physicians and co-workers.
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
