Job Description

At Quest Global, we're on a mission to build a brighter future through engineering. As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently, from identifying and sourcing suppliers to processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage procurement queues, activating resources and corrective actions to address Purchase Requisitions, Change Orders, catalog transactions, and vendor management queues against Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Lead process and strategy improvements related to strategic sourcing, purchase-to-pay services, procurement, contracts, and category management.
  • Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supplier-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring satisfactory deliverables and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Supply Chain management, commodity management, procurement, or a senior logistics role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Experience managing vendors, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
