Intensive Care Unit ICU Staff Nurse RN Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Montefiore Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Meet the requirements for Basic Life Support Training and Infection Control Training.
- Current New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse.
- Two years of ICU RN experience.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.
