Intensive Care Unit ICU Staff Nurse RN Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Montefiore Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Current New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse
- Basic Life Support Training
- Infection Control Training
- Two years of ICU RN experience
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
