Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential complications and develop strategies for prevention and management.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in Labor and Delivery care.
- Current RN license in Washington State.
- 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
- BLS and NRP certifications.
- NCC and AWHONN Intermediate certifications preferred.
- EFM certification preferred.
