Key Responsibilities:- Assess Customer Needs: Evaluate customer requirements and provide recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Engage in Sales and Service Training: Participate in REI's Sales and Service Training program to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations.
- Meet Industry Standards: Ensure that all work meets industry standards and is of high quality.
- Bike and Snow Sports Equipment Assembly Experience: Previous experience in assembling and maintaining bike and snow sports equipment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical skills and proficiency in bike and snow sports equipment assembly and maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
