Soliant Education is a leading provider of innovative education solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled School Health Care Professional to join our team in the Watertown, MA area. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding role providing personalized healthcare assistance to students during school hours.
**Job Summary:**
As a School Health Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch healthcare services to students, including administering medications, treatments, and performing health assessments. You will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to ensure that each student receives the care they need to succeed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized school nurse care to students, including administering medications and treatments as directed.
- Monitor the student's health status and respond to any medical needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) for each student.
- Document all healthcare services and treatments provided to students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in school health care.
**Requirements:**
- MA RN License
- Previous experience in school nursing or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
