Surgical Services Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Surgical Services professional to join our team at vTech Solution. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in the operating room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Participate in on-call rotations, averaging 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain expertise in various surgical specialties, including orthopedic, urology, GYN, and vascular procedures.
- Utilize Da-Vinci XI Robot technology to enhance patient outcomes and surgical precision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the operating room environment.
- Strong knowledge of Epic charting system.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
