As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pursuit plans and strategies, leading proposal efforts, and ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support proposal efforts for our Federal Agency clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Develop and implement pursuit plans and strategies, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal sections, including Management, Personnel, Executive Summaries, and other volumes as needed.
  • Facilitate production and delivery of finished proposals, ensuring alignment with all RFP requirements.
  • Support interview development and production process from start to finish.

Client Engagement

  • Engage in client capture planning with the Market Leader, Regional Business Development Leader, and key Technical Leads.
  • Engage in the interview process to meet all client needs and align proposal themes and messaging with the knowledge collected throughout the pre-positioning phase.
  • Attend interview preparation and practice sessions; support the team with presentation skills and delivery.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Lead and support the successful development of compliant, competitive, cogent, and compelling proposals through effective teamwork across teams.
  • Prepare and lead consistent and efficient proposal kick-off meetings, group status calls, ensuring activities enforce to the Proposal Development Plan.
  • Ensure compliance, high-quality content, and appearance of final proposal deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in English, Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related major.
  • Knowledge of A/E Proposals with Standard Forms (SF330) and Brooks Act requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading the proposal process from pre-positioning phases through interview and driving teams to develop compliant and driven bids for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.

Salary Range

$100,589-$150,883 depending on background and experience.
