We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Cross Markets Group in Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial solutions to clients across various industries, including corporate clients and sponsor portfolio companies.
Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other corporate finance solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution processes
- Prepare and maintain industry/company presentations, benchmarking materials, and other process documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience or MBA degree with relevant experience
- Investment banking or equivalent experience
- Strong financial modeling skills, including stress testing, and experience building/maintaining operating models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detail
- Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities
