- Develop and Maintain Institutional Metrics: Design and implement a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure institutional effectiveness and inform strategic decision making.
- Stay Current on Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in institutional research and assessment, and apply this knowledge to inform our institution's efforts.
- Master's Degree in a Related Field: A master's degree in a related field, such as higher education administration, educational research, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional research and assessment, with a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience with Data Analytics Tools: Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
