The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the planning and reservation of family cruises, ensuring that all preferences and requirements are addressed for a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in the organization and booking of family cruise getaways.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding cruise lines, itineraries, cabin options, and onboard entertainment.
• Coordinate all elements of cruise arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and special requests.
• Ensure that all client needs and preferences are fulfilled to facilitate a seamless travel experience.
• Address client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning and booking stages.
• Stay informed about trends in the cruise industry, family-friendly destinations, and promotional offers.
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be a citizen of the United States or Mexico.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
