Senior Electrical Project Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead our data center construction projects nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of specific construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan and organize projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
* Effectively supervise staff in the day-to-day administration of projects
* Negotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope of Work
* Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
* Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing, rental equipment, income, and expenses
* Manage closeout procedures, including documentation, filing, record drawings, and construction cost database input
* Provide coaching and counseling to field supervision to ensure project success
* Drive division profitability through effective project execution

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience with data center projects, preferably with hyperscale data center projects
* Strong understanding of Mission Critical terminology and creation of Method of Procedures (MOP's)
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software
* Firm knowledge and fluency in estimating
