Medina, Ohio, United States Western Reserve Masonic Community Inc Full time

We pride ourselves on being the trusted partner to help people age respectfully. Our employees are the key to this success.

A fun, supportive team-based work environment with nursing ratios as low as 1:10 allows our employees to love what they do. This ensures our community members are happy and receive the best care.

We equip our employees with all the tools needed to provide the best care possible using innovative technology. We were recognized for our innovation, winning the 2022 Leading Age Ohio Innovation Award.

We want to take care of you as much as you take care of our community members. That's why we offer competitive benefits, including paying up to $5,000 a year for tuition so you can further your education and career.

Don't let our name confuse you; you don't need to be Masonic to live or work here. Our history is rooted in the Masonic values of service and charity, but that doesn't mean we're all Masons.

We're looking for an LPN who will follow Ohio State Health laws and assisted living standards and policies to provide customer-focused medical treatment and personal care services to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary care to each resident
  • Assign duties and evaluate progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers
  • Take and record patients' vital signs, dress wounds, give enemas, and douches
  • Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor
  • Administer specified medication and document in medication administration records

As an LPN at Western Reserve Masonic Community Inc., you must have a current LPN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.

We offer a full complement of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with many preventative medications covered at 100%. We also offer a 403(b) plan participation with a match, PTO, life insurance benefits, and a generous education assistance program of up to $5,000, among others, for those who qualify.

We are an equal opportunity employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion, or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
