Job Summary

The Ad Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales contracts and workflow processes. This position oversees a team of Ad Operations Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate contract processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Ad Operations Specialist team to ensure contract processing is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage communication between Sales and Operations functions to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries in collaboration with Sales and the Business Service Center.
  • Manage the process of weekly revenue reconciliation to bookings (BOB reports) with the Airports Finance Team to ensure accuracy of contract bookings.
  • Develop and implement internal reports, including weekly invoices on hold and auto-renew reports.
  • Support inventory management and corporate reporting as needed.
  • Train, coach, and develop the team on new implementations and workflow, including the development of training materials.
  • Manage team performance through setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Attend, lead, and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in Media/Advertising sales or ad operations.
  • Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and be detail-oriented.
