Responsibilities

  • Oversee all professional services, including veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team of veterinarians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Louisiana.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a veterinarian, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
