OverviewAs a Customer Service Associate at Citizens, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for our customers and the branch team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with customers.
SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $17.00-$22.00 per hour. Your actual pay will be based on your work location, relevant skills, and experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in our lobbies, demonstrating how to use our mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions, creating amazing experiences for customers by providing personalized advice and solutions, connecting customers to our Bankers for further assistance, educating customers on Citizens products and benefits, meeting quarterly referral goals, and confidently cashing checks, processing withdrawals, and deposits.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, meet quarterly referral goals, and confidently cash checks, process withdrawals, and deposits. You will be working closely with the branch team to deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A high school degree or GED
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
