This role involves delivering quality patient care in accordance with physician orders, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse teammate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on client care and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with clients, their family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Educating clients on healthy lifestyle habits and disease management techniques.
  • Performing various clinical skills, such as wound care, infusions, and catheter care.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in LPN principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $27.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
