Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Kalispell. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services successfully.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 Years of Telecommunications Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Education: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Telecommunications Managed Services. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office 365.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
