Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float Pool team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a BSN within 5 years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Experience in hospital nursing, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
