Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Systems Engineer to join our team at Pave Talent. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our client systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Systems Administration: Ownership and administration of Intune, Jamf, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams Video Conferencing Systems, Slack, O365, Okta, and lead new client system implementations/deployments
  • IT Systems Optimization: Design, automate, and optimize IT systems and processes to create a scalable efficient team
  • Escalation Point: Escalation point for all client systems related issues and requests
  • Desktop and Mobile Support: Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 desktop and mobile device support to all employees
  • System Imaging and Deployment: Imaging and deployment of new Mac and Windows systems
  • User Onboarding and Offboarding: Onboarding and offboarding users in systems
  • Training and Development: Onboarding/training of new hires in person and remotely
  • Asset Management: Manage Life cycle for company assets (Procure, manage, dispose of company hardware)
  • Network Infrastructure Support: Support and maintain network infrastructure in collaboration with the Network Team
  • Lab Equipment Support: Support for all IT related issues pertaining to Cellares lab equipment HW/SW
  • On-call Support: On-call Desktop support rotation

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of related industry experience in IT end user support, specifically in the area of client systems implementations/administration and Windows/Mac operating systems
  • MDM and ITSM Experience: Prior experience with ITSM Prior experience administering MDM solutions for both Mac and Windows
  • Cloud and Collaboration Experience: Prior experience administering Google Workspace including integrations
  • OKTA and Azure Experience: Prior experience using OKTA workflows
  • Video Conferencing Experience: Prior experience administering and setting up equipment for Zoom or other Video Conferencing Systems
  • Communication and Documentation Skills: Ability to work independently and make decisions based on IT best practices
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Excellent communication with leadership and team members
  • Self-Awareness and Integrity: Excellent documentation skills with emphasis on procedures and configurations
  • Growth Mindset: Self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Availability: Onsite 5 days a week
